Images from a certain day

Enter a date on its own like this: 17/04/2012 (dd/mm/yyyy) to show all images taken on that day.

Images between two days

Enter two dates like this: 17/04/2012-20/04/2012 with a hypen '-' between them.

Image name

If you know the name of the image you are searching for, enter it on its own like this: name: garden-party-004.

Event name

To search for all images from the same event, enter the first part of the image name, like this: event: garden-party.

How to Order

To order from our site you will need to do the following:

1. First find the picture(s) you want to order, you can do this by:

• Typing the caption as it appears in the paper or town name.

• Clicking through the categories if you are looking for a particular event

• searching the site by either keyword i.e. “football” or by date the picture, using the drop-down calendar to the right of the search box

To narrow down your search enclose terms in quotation marks – ie if you type in “Bill Smith” you will find only photographs relating to Bill Smith, not all references to Bill and to Smith, which you would get if you typed in Bill Smith (without quotation marks).

2. Once you have found your picture choose your desired size or gift from the choices of products on the left and add to your basket.

3. Once you have chosen all the products you wish to order you will need to go to checkout.

4. This will require you to enter your delivery address (and invoice address if it is different from your credit card detail).

5. You will be notified by email once your credit card or payment details have been successfully taken and then your order will be sent to production.

If you card fails to work due to any problem you will be notified at the point of order and your order will not progress until you sort out the card issue.
